Soha Housing is a housing association that provides affordable homes for people who prefer to rent or cannot afford to own or rent a home in the private sector. We are one of the largest registered social landlords in Oxfordshire, managing around 5500 homes and with a turnover of over £30 million. Soha manages homes in all District Council areas in Oxfordshire, as well as Wiltshire Council, Swindon Borough Council, West Berkshire Council & Wycombe District Council.
We are a non-profit making company. Any money we make is invested back into the association for the benefit of our tenants.
