Soha is managed by a Board who are elected at our annual general meeting. The Board’s job is to set and review plans and policies and to make sure that we carry out our legal responsibilities.
To help Soha maintain sound governance and ensure that we have good succession of Board members, Soha has decided to have 13 Board members until September 2012 when we will revert back to 12 Board members.
The board is made up of:
- Our tenants, elected by the Tenants’ Forum
- People with professional experience and business skills
- A co-opted member
- An executive officer
