Vic Breach - chair of Tenants' Forum

Why get involved?

From Vic Breach, chair of the Tenants’ Forum

I’ve been a Soha tenant since 1997, and in 2009 became the chair of the Tenants’ Forum.

We, as residents, can help to shape Soha’s services. I’m enthusiastic about this and I’d like to encourage everyone to get involved. All levels of involvement are valuable – from a five-minute Connect Club survey to membership of one of our Co-Regulation bodies.

Soha has been recognised nationally for their innovative work on resident involvement. If you are a Soha resident, you can be part of it. Your input could make a valuable difference to your home, your environment and to Soha’s policies.
