It's good to talk! (Or email, or text!)
The Connect Club is the easiest way for you as resident to pass on your views and comments about the service you receive from us. It does not involve attending meetings, or even leaving the comfort of your own home.
How it works
We get in touch with you regularly (up to 5 times per year) for a five minute survey. We’ll be polite and respectful, you can stop us contacting you at any point and all information is confidential. We will contact you either by phone, text or post, depending on your preference.
What’s in it for me?
You’ll be entered into a prize draw each time you take part in a survey, with the chance to win a £50 shopping voucher. You’ll also have a big say in how we carry out our service to you and your input will help us to improve both our service and the area in which you live.
What difference does it make?
Thanks to Connect Club members, we have made many changes over the years. A few of these are listed here:
- Along with recommendations from residents, we have improved the design of our rents statements.
- Residents helped to identify under-used garage blocks for demolition, allowing us to build new affordable housing on the reclaimed land.
- We’ve set up a text messaging service to help our communication with residents
- We’ve employed a Community Computer Support worker to train and help residents with computers and the internet.
- Residents have helped us to review and amend our policies.
