We welcome ideas about how we can improve our service to you. Anyone can make suggestions and all suggestions will be considered by a Senior Manager.

How do I make a suggestion?

There are four simple ways to make a suggestion:

• Email your suggestion to us: housing@soha.co.uk.
• Call us on 01235 515900, tell us you want to make a customer suggestion and we will take the details over the phone.
• Download the Customer Suggestion Form ( PDF 9kb). Fill it in and send it back to us.
• Pick up a Customer Suggestion Form from our office.
