We always welcome good ideas, so if you can think of a way we could improve our services then please send it to us.
Who can make suggestions?
• Anyone
What sort of suggestions can be made?
• Ways we can improve our services.
• New services we could offer.
• How things could be more efficient.
• How things could be more effective.
Suggestions should aim to benefit as many residents as possible rather than just one or two.
How does the scheme work?
• Every suggestion will be considered by a Senior Manager
• You will get a reply evaluating your suggestion.
How do I make a suggestion?
There are four simple ways to make a suggestion:

• Call Customer Services on 01235 515900, tell us you want to make a customer suggestion – we will take the details over the phone
