A really fun way to get involved is to take part in one of our Mystery Shops.
Mystery Shoppers help measure our performance against our Customer Service Standards we promise to deliver in our Customer Charter.
We can train you to develop market research skills and show you how to record your experiences.
There are many reasons to have a go including:
- Love to Shop vouchers are given to each Mystery Shopper
- You will be given a free training
- It is fun and interesting
- You will make new friends
- You can help to improve the services we offer
What difference have our mystery shoppers made?
- Due to the results of a mystery shop, internal customer training was given. A further mystery shop showed a significant improvement since the training was carried out.
- 35 Soha residents have continued to get involved in other areas of Soha
- A new internal postal tracking system was introduced
- The out of hours service has been improved
