Our neighbourhood watcher
You care, we care. Residents want to live in a nice environment and can help us maintain standard by becoming one of our “Lookouts”.
Lookouts can report direct to Soha and tell us about any areas that need our attention for example:
- Dumped rubbish
- Vandalism
- Litter
Lookouts can also arrange regular “walkabouts” with our Estates Manager or Housing Officer to help identify ways to improve the area.

What difference have our lookouts made?
- Several new community links have been developed
- 5 estates improvements applications were approved
- Several environmental issues were identified and improved. The improvements included security lighting, fencing/gates and an extension to a patio area at a sheltered scheme.
