Do you agree with any of the statements below?
- I like to get involved and do something about a problem
- I like to find out exactly what’s happening
- I like to be hands on, rather than just sitting in meetings
- I would like to help improve Soha’s services.
If so, becoming a Tenant Inspector could be just the role for you!
Tenant Inspectors are volunteers who are trained to monitor services, collect data themselves and actively report on how well our services are doing. The Tenant Inspectors decide which service area they want to inspect, and they receive feedback on their recommendations for improvement.
The next training for Tenant Inspectors will be in late Spring 2008.
