Tenant Inspectors are an independent group of residents, supported by Soha, who inspect Soha’s services and provide feedback to Senior Managers. The volunteers choose what to inspect and collect the data themselves. Soha acts on the recommendations made.
Tenant Inspectors are given free training and travel and carer expenses are paid. Is this something you think you could be interested in? Do you agree with any of the statements below?
- I like to get involved and do something about a problem
- I like to find out exactly what’s happening
- I like to be hands on, rather than just sitting in meetings
- I would like to help improve Soha’s services.
If so, becoming a Tenant Inspector could be just the role for you. For more information, please email Catherine Little in resident involvement.
