Do I need permission to make alterations?

You will need written permission from Soha in advance if you intend to carry out any structural works on the flat. You do not need permission to replace the bathroom suite, install a new fitted kitchen, rewire the flat, plumbing or installation of central heating unless this involves structural work or entry into another part of the building outside the flat.

Soha does not allow extensions (including roof extensions) to blocks of flats.
