Leaseholder letting your flat

Can I rent out my flat?
As a leaseholder, you can rent out your flat as long your mortgage provider does not object. You do not need to ask Soha’s permission, but you should let us know the address where you would like us to send you any correspondence about the flat.

If you rent out your property, you will be responsible for making sure that your tenants do not cause a nuisance to other people. You will also still be responsible for paying the ground rent, service charges and buildings insurance for the flat.
