Leaseholder selling your flat

I want to sell my flat what should I consider?
When you have found a buyer, your solicitor will need to give the buyer’s solicitor information about your service charges. This will normally include the the last three years service charge accounts, the balance of your account, whether there is any major work planned etc.
You should continue to pay your service charges to Soha as normal. Just before you complete your sale your solicitor and your purchaser’s solicitors will agree how much of the annual service charge you are both liable for and apportion the charges between you.
