Thames Water charges water rates and sewerage charges on most properties owned by Soha. In some homes water charges are on a water meter and Thames Water collect these charges direct from you. If you are not on a water meter, Thames Water tells Soha what the charges are and we collect them on their behalf.
The charges for all their customers are set by Thames Water and are at the same rates for Soha tenants as for other householders. The charges are increased in April at the same time as your rent.
