Thames Water charges water rates and sewerage charges on most properties owned by Soha. In some homes water charges are on a water meter and Thames Water collect these charges direct from you. If you are not on a water meter, Thames Water tells Soha what the charges are and we collect on their behalf.

The charges for all these customers are set by Thames Water and Soha residents pay at the same rate as other householders. The charges are increased in April at the same time as your rent.
