having difficulties due to disability or infirmity. We can
put in many things to help you like grab rails, ramps,
a shower installation and stair lifts.
If you need your home adapted for a wheelchair it may be
appropriate for you to consider moving to a more

An Occupational Therapist will visit you at home and assess your needs. The Occupational Therapist will tell Soha what needs to be done.
What is a Disabled Facility Grant?
You may be able to get a grant from South Oxfordshire District Council if we need to do major adaptations to your home, such as a stair lift.
