We will charge you for any repairs that are your responsibility, or repairs that are caused by you or any visitor, or by a faulty appliance owned by you. When reporting the repair you will be told if you have to pay for the repair. We will tell you how much the repair will cost. Click here to read more about repair responsibilities.
Administration charges.
You will have to pay an adminstration fee. The fee is £20 for repairs that cost under £200 or 10% of the cost of the repair if over £200, e.g. for a repair costing £300 you will be charged a £30 adminstration fee.
Paying for rechargeable repairs
After the repair is completed we will send you an invoice. It is important that you pay within 14 days; failure to do so could result in legal action.
