Soha Repair Van

Repairs to your home

Looking after your home is a two-way responsibility. We are responsible for maintaining and repairing your home. However, it is also up to you to take care of your home, report any repairs as soon as possible and repair anything that is your responsibility. We are responsible for most, but not all repairs. More about repair responsibilities.

Reporting repairs

You can either report a repair online or phone Customer Services on 01235 515900 from a mobile or Freephone 08000 14 15 45 from a landline. To report a repair online you will need to register on 'My Home', the secure area of this website. Under the terms of your tenancy or lease, you are responsible for the treatment of any household pests in your home. Click here to find out more.

Reporting an emergency

Please report emergency repairs by phone (01235 515900 from a mobile or Freephone 08000 14 15 45 from a landline) rather than online. We treat repairs as emergencies if they are necessary to avoid danger or risk to the health of the occupants, or serious damage to the property. Outside normal office hours we will only handle emergency repairs. We expect you to report urgent or non-urgent repairs on the next working day. We will charge you for the contractor's time if you call us out and we find the repair is not a genuine emergency.
