To report a repair on this website you will need to register on the secure tenants area "My Home".  To register you will need your Tenancy Reference and Security Code; you will find these on your tenancy agreement.  Once you have registered, click on the "My Repairs" window and follow the easy step-by- step guide to reporting your repair.

What happens next?
We will inform you:
  • Whether an order will be placed with our contractor. Click here to read more about contractors 
  • If an inspection by a Soha Technical Officer is needed. This is to assess what needs to be done
  • If  you have to pay for the work to be carried out. Click here to read more about rechargeable repairs
  • Whether a convenient appointment for our contractor to call can be made.
  • Of  the priority of the repair and the target date by which the repair should be completed. Click here to read more about repair priorities
  • In writing, or by e-mail, that your repair is ordered and ask you to complete a satisfaction survey reportwhen the repair is finished.
