The standards we set ourselves

We are committed to delivering an excellent service to our residents. Soha’s Customer Charter sets out the standards you can expect from Soha Housing throughout everything we do. We also have individual standards for each of our service areas setting out the level of service you can expect from us.

We develop our standards in consultation with residents. We check that we are keeping to what we promise and when we update our standards, we do that by talking to residents too.
