Working with tenants, Soha produces an annual report every year.  This report tells you what work we have done throughout the year and contains information on our performance, community work, future plans and an extract from our accounts.

A printed copy of the Soha Annual Report is mailed to every resident. Annual Reports are also available in larger print; on audio tape; and on CD as PDF files and now also as mp3 sound files.

In order to view the Annual Report PDF files on the CD or on-line you may require Acrobat PDF Reader to be installed on your computer. It's free and it's easy to download the latest version free from the Adobe web site.

In 2008 we even made a movie about the production of that year's Report. To download it, use the link in the Previous Reports section below, though it may take a while to start depending on your internet connection speed.
