What is the Customer Promise?
 Soha is committed to delivering a first class maintenance service whenever we carry out work to your home. 
 
Working with tenant groups we have developed 'Customer Promises'. Customer Promises explain what to expect when work is being carried out on your home. It includes the type of work, how long it will take and the amount of disturbance you should expect, etc.
