This part of our website is for tenants of Soha properties. In it, you can check your rent statement, report and check on repairs, and view information about your home and neighbourhood.
You can look at different parts of this site by clicking on any of the house windows, on the repairman (on the roof) or on Your Neighbourhood (by the chatting neighbours). If you want to come back to the house screen, you can click on the 'My Home' button at the bottom left of the screen.
You can move around this part of the site by clicking on the coloured tabs along the top of the screen or the buttons on the side menu on the right of the screen.
Before you can use this part of the site, you need to register.
To register
- You need your tenancy reference number and security code (you will find both on the last page of your new tenancy agreement).
- You will also need to decide on a password that is memorable for you, but that other people will not guess. If you do not have your tenancy reference number or security code, you will be asked for your name and address so that we can send your login details to you by post. To register, click on the door of the house. A pop up box will appear asking for your login details. At the bottom of the box you will see the option to Register. Click on the word Register.
- A different box will appear and ask for your tenancy reference number, security code, the password you have chosen, and, if you have one, your email address. Enter these details and click on the button saying Register.

Once you have registered with the site, you can login by clicking on the house door and entering your tenancy reference number and your password that you chose when you registered. Don't worry - if you forget your password, you can ask us for a reminder!
When you have entered your details, click on the 'login' button and your information will be loaded.
If you need help at any point, just click on the red question mark button at the bottom right of the screen.
