What can I do?
First try talking to your neighbour.  You may feel embarrassed to approach your neighbour, or worried about their reaction to your complaint, but a friendly, polite approach often solves the problem without any long-term ill feelings.  On the other hand, retaliating may only make the situation worse.  Have a look at our advice on approaching your neighbour.
