How are we doing?
Soha measures a range of performance indicators on a monthly basis to ensure we know how we are performing in the services we provide to you. Soha’s Senior Management Team review these each month and discuss things that might be done to improve the services we provide.
Soha’s Board and the Tenants’ Forum (either directly our through their Scrutiny Group) both look at and discuss these performance indicators quarterly and address issues arising from the performance with Soha’s Directors.
Our performance against the most important indicators is published annually in Points of View, the annual report and on a regular basis in every issue of Hometalk. Each quarter the performance against these indicators so far this financial year is published on this page of the website and the latest performance report can be downloaded below.
