Home contents insurance protects your home and belongings against any damage or theft. You may not realise it, but furniture, belongings and decorations are not automatically insured against fire, theft, vandalism or water damage.

Our scheme, run by Aviva, specifically caters for tenants through the National Housing Federation’s (NHF) 'My Home' contents insurance scheme. It may only cost just under £4.00 per month to insure £9,000 worth of goods. If you are over 60 you can insure only £6,000 worth if you prefer for just over £2.00 per month.
