Using this website
We have worked with our tenants to design a website which we hope you find easy to use, interesting and customer-focused.
This website site is divided into two areas:
This area gives useful information about Soha, the services we provide, how to become a Soha Housing tenant, where we are, job vacancies and how to get involved.
This area is a secure area for our tenants to order repairs, view rent statements, have their say and access other online services. To register you must be a Soha tenant. Use the My Home button on the side menu panel to register now.
Please read our Accessibility statement and also note that PDFs and off-site links will, by default, open in the current browser window. All standard browser controls regarding opening such links in new tabs or pages remain in control of the user by using the right-click functions.
Requirements
In general, you should use the most up-to-date Browser, associated Helper Applications and online security measures that you are able to maintain on your computer. To take full advantage of the various features of this website we recommend the following:
