We put resident involvement at the heart of everything we do and work hand in hand with residents in designing, delivering and developing homes and services. Our satisfaction levels remain high and we aim to constantly improve and update our service to tenants.
We have been awarded:
- Customer Service Excellence (CSE) accreditation for the last nine years
- Gold accreditation for scrutiny and empowerment from Tenant Advisor
We were also chosen by the Tenant Services Authority as a national champion for our resident-led approach to governance in 2011. We’re delighted to have also achieved gold accreditation from Investors in People.
