How we monitor how we’re doing on equality and diversity
We carry out equality impact assessments (EIAs) on our policies, services and strategies – looking at their potential impact on our residents. These assessments help our staff deliver excellent customer service to our residents and to think carefully about the impact of our work on our residents.
