Portfolio Holders are members of the Members' Forum who take a particular responsibility in knowing and reporting on a service area. They arrange to meet with the appropriate Director / senior management team member 2 or 3 times yearly.
Each Portfolio Holder does an update presentation to the Members' Forum at least once a year.
Portfolio Holders are Members’ Forum members and are appointed by the Forum. There are at least two Portfolio Holders for each identified service area. All will do initial training and have a follow up training plan, including work shadowing.
A Portfolio Holder will hold the position for the duration of their term on the Members’ Forum. At the point of standing down from the Forum (whether or not they are re-elected), the post will become vacant and interest will be invited from any Forum member.
