Soha is a social landlord and a not-for-profit business.
We provide homes for affordable rent and shared ownership for people who prefer to rent (or who can't afford to rent or buy in the private sector).
Any surplus we make is reinvested to develop new homes and look after our neighbourhoods. We’re proud to have a gold Investors in People award, to have won ‘most innovative housing provider’ and ‘most innovative use of community engagement' from the Housing Innovation awards 2015 and been named as Oxfordshire employer of the year at the 2015 Oxfordshire Business Awards.
We’re registered with the Homes & Communities Agency (No.L4130) and we’re a charitable registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (No.28410R).
Where we work
Soha’s patch extends from Royal Wootton Basset in the west to Marlow in the east, and from Banbury in the north to the river Thames in the south. Local management is very important to us – so we never build further than about an hour’s drive from our Didcot head office.
