Interviews can be nerve-wracking, but we want you to do well and we’ll do everything we can to make you feel comfortable.

  •  When you’re answering a question, if you have a relevant real example, tell us about it
  •  If you have knowledge, skills or experience that you think are really important to the role, make sure you tell us
  •  Interviews are a two-way process. If you want to know more about the job or about Soha, please ask. It can help if you make a note of any questions you may have, before you arrive
  •  We guarantee to interview all disabled candidates who meet the minimum criteria for any of our vacancies. Please let us know if we can make any special arrangements to make your visit easier
