The role

Soha is in the process of rapid change to enable our residents to access services from us at times and places that suit them, and to enable staff to deliver services to our residents in a seamless manner. As Soha continues growing, we recognise the importance of having business analyst capabilities to help us drive our Business Transformation agenda.

In this role, you will report to the Systems and Relationship Manager and will take a lead in optimising business processes through Soha. Forming part of a team that is driving the organisation’s digital transformation you will lead on opportunities to continuously improve the organisation. You will help to prioritise and deliver meaningful change at Soha.

This position demands someone who is inquisitive, methodical and dynamic, who can really deliver tangible change for the organisation.  You will therefore need sound, demonstrable experience in previous Business Analyst roles combined with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify problems and develop solutions.

Previous experience of Project Management and excellent IT skills, including Microsoft 365 applications, SQL, and systems development are a must.
