In this role you will be responsible for managing and administering all aspects of Soha’s complaints process. In addition, you will analyse trends, identify issues and utilise this data to develop a lessons learned approach to complaints across the business. You will strive for continuous service improvement and increase satisfaction in complaints resolution and handling for residents.
You will need excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills including Office365 and SharePoint combined with exceptional communication skills.
The ability to be assertive and self-confident when dealing with more senior colleagues and to handle enquiries from the general public including situations where residents may be emotional or aggressive is also required.
