The role

In this role you will report into the Head of HR and be the primary HR contact for colleagues across the organisation, proactively supporting managers to lead and develop their teams and building strong relationships with staff at all levels.

You will act as an improvement driver by seeking and implementing positive changes in people management processes to ensure a high quality, professional and customer-focused service.  As well as helping to ensure that Soha is well positioned to attract, recruit and retain a high-quality, motivated team and continues to enjoy an excellent employer reputation.

You will need a recognised, relevant qualification or equivalent, combined with experience of advising, coaching and supporting managers and excellent people management skills.

Up to date and comprehensive knowledge of HR practice including employment law and employee relations, recruitment, learning & development, reward & recognition, change management and policies and experience of using workforce analytics to influence, advise and inform business decisions is also essential.
