The role

In this role you will report to the Business Systems Manager and will work primarily on training and developing colleagues throughout the business to maximise the use of Soha IT systems. This role requires high technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. 

You will also need excellent knowledge of a range of IT systems, with core skills in the Office 365 portfolio and previous experience of working as an IT Trainer along with experience of working with users with a wide range in skill sets, to provide help and identifying support needs

You will be proactive, initiative, curious and passionate about improvement with good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical people.
