The role 
Working as part of a team responsible for the operation of an effective and efficient responsive maintenance and void property service.
You will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of Soha’s properties, carrying out inspections in void and tenanted properties and organising any work required.  You will also provide technical advice to colleagues and deal with tenant enquiries and complaints.

About you 
You are an enthusiastic, keen team player with:
  • ONC or equivalent in building or surveying
  • A sound technical knowledge of building construction
  • Previous experience of working in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work accurately and flexibly
  • Commitment to delivering focussed customer service and an enthusiastic and positive approach
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, occasional out of normal office hours
  • Full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle
