It’s the same as buying a new build through shared ownership – but you have to buy the share that the current owner has already bought (usually between 25% and 75%). You’ll then pay the existing rent charges to Soha on the part that you don’t own.
Resale properties are another great way to get on the housing ladder – especially if there are no new-build properties in your area.
