Have you ever read a letter or leaflet that just doesn’t make sense? Then why not help us make things clearer by joining our readers’ group? We’ll send you copies of our leaflets and ask you to check that they’re easy to understand.
Mystery shopping is one of the ways we test our customer services. We’ll ask you to phone us (or visit the office) and then report back on how we dealt with you and your query.
