What if I'm unhappy with my repair?

We want you to be happy with the work we carry out. 

We know that repairs are one of the most important services for many of our residents. We monitor response times and the performance of our contractors, but only you can tell us how it really worked (and where improvements can be made).

So when we send you a customer satisfaction form – please fill it in and help us to get better. If you do you’ll be automatically entered into our monthly draw to win £25 worth of supermarket vouchers.

We’re always looking for residents to get involved in how we run services like our repairs. It doesn’t always mean coming to meetings – it can be anything from filling in an occasional survey to testing our service standards (as a mystery shopper).
